The Rosaline Reverie
There are jewels that begin as ornaments. And there are jewels that begin as compositions. Rosaline Reverie belongs to the latter.
Created as part of Diviano:One, the piece brings together Madagascar pink sapphires, rose-cut diamonds, a Ceylon blue sapphire, and a hand-carved Colombian emerald in a composition shaped around colour, proportion, and movement. Rather than allowing a single gemstone to dominate the design, Rosaline Reverie unfolds gradually; sapphires giving way to diamond, diamond yielding to emerald, each element arranged in quiet dialogue with the next.
The result is not merely a necklace, but a jewel built with the rhythm of a larger composition.

The Architecture of Colour
This duality between softness and structure defines the character of the piece.
Seen in profile, Rosaline Reverie reveals the hidden architecture beneath its surface. Rows of rose-cut diamonds rise in measured tiers above cascading Madagascar pink sapphires, allowing light to travel through the structure rather than merely reflect from it. From the front, the composition appears fluid and almost weightless. From the side, the jewel reveals its depth: layers of gemstone and diamond arranged with deliberate precision.

Madagascar Pink Sapphires
At the centre of Rosaline Reverie lies an expansive field of Madagascar pink sapphires. Selected and matched across the necklace for tonal harmony, the stones create a continuous sweep of colour across the body of the jewel. Between them, rose-cut diamonds soften the intensity of pink with a quieter brilliance, creating the impression of blossoms edged in white light.
The composition moves with the gradual rhythm of descending colour, vivid yet restrained, abundant yet measured.

Above the sapphires rise three ascending tiers of pear-shaped rose-cut diamonds. These tiers form the luminous crown of the necklace, introducing verticality and movement into the composition. Rather than overwhelming the sapphires, the diamonds frame them gently, allowing colour and light to remain in balance.
The structure appears intricate, though never heavy.

A Moment of Blue
Amid the surrounding pink sapphires and diamonds rests a single Ceylon blue sapphire. Its role within the composition is subtle yet essential. The sapphire gathers the movement of the necklace into a moment of stillness before the eye descends toward the pendant below. Encircled by rose-cut diamonds, the stone introduces depth and contrast without interrupting the softness of the surrounding palette.
A quiet note of blue held within fields of pink and white light.

The Hand-Carved Emerald
Before it became the heart of the necklace, the Colombian emerald existed as an object of significance in its own right. Carved in a radial motif and weighing 37 carats, the stone possesses a sculptural quality rarely seen in contemporary high jewellery. Rather than relying solely on brilliance, the emerald draws attention through form, depth, and presence.
It is a gemstone with the character of an heirloom. One intended not merely to be worn, but to endure.

Suspended beneath the Ceylon sapphire and framed by pear-shaped rose-cut diamonds, the carved emerald becomes the compositional heart of Rosaline Reverie. Where the sapphires move and the diamonds shimmer, the emerald remains still. Its deep green presence anchors the jewel, resolving the composition in a final moment of quiet intensity.
Rosaline Earrings
Completing the composition are the Rosaline earrings. Constructed with the same language of Madagascar pink sapphires, rose-cut diamonds, and Ceylon blue sapphires, the earrings mirror the necklace while retaining a presence of their own. Substantial in scale yet balanced in proportion, they extend the visual rhythm of the central jewel beyond the necklace itself.
Companion pieces conceived not as accessories, but as part of the same architectural and chromatic dialogue.

Diviano:One

Rosaline Reverie was conceived as part of Diviano:One, a series of singular high jewellery works shaped around exceptional gemstones and deliberate composition. Each piece within the collection begins not with a sketch, but with stones chosen for rarity, character, and presence. Design follows only after the gemstones themselves establish the direction of the jewel.
In Rosaline Reverie, that philosophy finds expression through colour: pink sapphires descending through rose-cut light before gathering around the stillness of a carved Colombian emerald. A composition where gemstone, craftsmanship, and form move together as one.
